Palais de congress Montreal

Everybody likes a rainbow, right?

What is not to like about this rainbow coloured glass building.   332 colored glass panels and 58 transparent glass panels  flood the interior of this large-scale convention and exhibition centre in Montreal with light.

Lipstick Forest inside the Palais de congress Montreal

Luckily we had to walk past this building to get to our Montreal home so I never got lost!

This is gorgeous! I look forward to seeing it myself someday. Montreal is on my list of places to explore.

Hi Juliann, Montreal is a cool place. We were there in Spring so the weather was gorgeous. In Winter the C.B.D. multi-storey shopping centres come in handy because they connect underground. We got totally lost whenever we went into one! They have a great China Town too. Jan

Beautiful building. The Baker IDI building in Melbourne (Prahran) is a similar design, but not quite as pretty as this one.

Hi Danielle, Thanks Danielle, I was amazed when I saw it. Whereabouts in Prahran is the similar one, I will be in Melbourne in October, but only for three days. Jan

Oh wow! That is stunning! 🙂 I love when people take a boring old building and make it wondrous. 🙂
