Hi Caitlyn. When researching the original post I could not find a reference to it on the internet. We found out about it from the Homeowner (we were house-sitting in the area). She had a locally printed brochure. I could not believe how colouful the day was.
I love your collage. The outfits are gorgeous. My favorite is the green. The little boys look like they are having a fantastic time too!

There is something about the dresses from Spain, they are gorgeous. Full of colour and style. The Festival would have been so good.
