Montreal is a fantastic city and the Plateau District was possibly my favourite part of Montreal.  OK, I will commit myself and say it was definitely my favourite.  It was an arty kind of place back in 2010 and I am sure it still is.  A little bit East Villagey (I am not sure Villagey is a word but hey – give me a break) as in New York City, East Villagey.

Gosh isn’t that fantastic. I also get the feeling of cold and chilly with her hands thrust deep in her pockets and the steely grey tips to the waves.

Ya know Jan, it very ceases to boggle my mind at how folks can have this kind of artistic talent. From someone who can’t even draw a stick figure straight…this rocks 🙂

I’m sorry I didn’t see this lady when I was in Montreal. What a beautiful photograph.
