I had the most exquisite Gorgonzola and Pear Ravioli in the Universe tonight.  You can tell I am not afraid to make the big calls can’t you?

Gorganzola and Pear Ravioli at the Woki Organic Market, BarcelonaAnd this is where I had it.  Marty had a more conventional bolognese and enjoyed it as well.  It was especially nice knowing the ingredients are organic.  I do not know Spanish wines so the waitress suggested their house wine and it was very enjoyable as well.  The price was also enjoyable at 2.90 Euro.

Gorganzola and Pear Ravioli at the Woki Organic Market, BarcelonaIt is part Organic Market and part Restaurant.  My fantastic meal cost 8.95 Euro.  I may have died and gone to heaven.  We wanted something special for our last night in this special City and we found it.

gosh that is such a reasonable meal and it looks so yummy. Love the idea of trying a market that is also a cafe! That red wine sounds so yummy.

Thanks Lisa, I was so surprised by this market/restaurant. It seemed like something you would find in New York. Something similar was tried in Townsville about ten years ago but it didn’t last. I guess not enough customers.
