Vancouver is fantastic when the rain goes away and the sun shines. Time to go bike riding along the waterfront over to Stanley Park.
And remember to have a fantastic Friday.

We are Jan and Marty and we love travel.
The best thing about being in our 60’s is that our travel budget is flexible, allowing us to enjoy great experiences, good food and fun people. As with most things in life, it’s all about priorities.
Beautiful – how tranquil it looks. And pristine. I’d love to get to Canada one of these days 🙂
I think you would like it Jo – everyone loves Canada!
My daughter used to take rowing lessons out of that place. My husband and I would drop her off and then go upstairs and have a glass of wine while she rowed – a very civilized outing in my opinion.
Gee I wish my kids had such a civilized sport – upstairs drinkies sounds like heaven.
I’ve never been to Canada at all, surely it can’t be too long now… must get there. Friends have loved living in Vancouver, it sounds gorgeous and very friendly too.
You would definitely like Canada – so beautiful – and the people are very friendly.
The City Boat Harbour in Vancouver looks incredible – a place where you would want to hire a boat to explore the area ! Gorgeous.
It is incredible Lisa – I can’t think of Vancouver without thinking water and boats.
A lovely image, Jan. One of my best memories from the few days I spent in Vancouver a couple of years ago was walking along that waterfront!
I loved looking toward the city when along the waterfront because of those lovely glass towers. 🙂
